Birth professionals

Do you notice that parents could use extra support? nós offers low-threshold support and (stress) guidance with an emphasis on prevention and health promotion. If this can be linked to your work or that of your organization, you can certainly contact me.

In addition, I would like to see which trainings/workshops I can offer your employees to further inform them of the importance of support and recovery during the postpartum period and what this can entail in concrete terms.

Just a few ideas:

  • Taking care of the new mother in a non-medical way

  • Nutrition during the maternity period

  • Talking to new mothers: do's and don'ts

For employers

I would be happy to discuss what your organization can do and how you can remain attractive to the young people and parents among your employees.

Some ideas:

  • Give a 'mom time moment' as a gift to new mothers
  • Offer parents support through resilience and stress counseling, as part of your employee assistance program and/or as part of your well-being policy

  • Provide a workshop for expectant parents about the postpartum period, with the additional approach
